COMPOSITE MATERIALS
Sandwich Composite Panels
Multi-material sandwich panels with customizable face sheets — fiberglass, carbon fiber, stone, metal, or wood veneer over PP honeycomb core.

Product Range
Structure and material
Sandwich panels combine two face sheets with a lightweight core to create structures that are rigid, strong, and dramatically lighter than solid alternatives.
HOTECH sandwich panels use PP honeycomb core (40–200 kg/m³) with face sheets selected for the application: fiberglass for strength, CFRT for recyclability, aluminum for conductivity, carbon fiber for stiffness, stone or wood veneer for appearance.

Questions before ordering
Can I combine different face sheets on each side?
Yes. It is common to use different face materials for interior and exterior surfaces — for example GRP on the outside for weather resistance and smooth white CFRT on the inside for easy cleaning.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is typically 200 m² for standard configurations. Sample panels are available for testing before production orders.
Can sandwich panels be curved?
Panels with CFRT face sheets can be thermoformed into curved shapes. GRP panels are produced flat. Discuss curved requirements early so we can recommend the right face-sheet material.
