Sample & approval
Physical sample panels or a prototype body section for your evaluation. Revisions until approved.

Mass production
In-process QC on every batch — SGS-tested materials, ISO 9001 production. Photos and videos shared during production.

Inspection & shipping
Final QC, then FCL or LCL shipping. CKD flat-packs cut freight volume 60%+; complete vehicle assembly available through our Malaysia partner.

What can HOTECH customize on an OEM / ODM project?
Core cell size, panel thickness and face sheet lay-up; face materials (fiberglass, carbon fiber, non-woven fabric, stone, metal or wood veneer); non-standard sheet sizes, CNC cutting and edge sealing; vehicle body dimensions, doors, insulation grade and hardware; and your branding and export packaging.
How long does a custom composite panel project take?
You receive a detailed quote within 24 hours. Engineering review takes days 2–5, samples and approval days 6–15, mass production days 16–40, and final inspection and shipping days 41–45.
Can vehicle bodies be assembled outside China?
Yes. Our Malaysia partner, Joinpro Sdn Bhd in Kulai, Johor (founded 2024), handles complete vehicle and product assembly in coordination with our China factory, so delivery can range from component supply to complete vehicle assembly.
How are CKD body kits packed and shipped?
CKD flat-packs cut freight volume by 60% or more. Sub-assemblies are wrapped in EPE foam and stretch film, protected with PP honeycomb edge protectors and strapped onto steel racks or composite pallets before container loading. Our CKD packaging SOP page shows the full procedure.
