CKD Refrigerated Bodies
MPP insulation panel based CKD refrigerated truck bodies with sealed thermal structure. Lightweight, food-safe, excellent thermal performance for cold chain logistics.

Insulated body system
Our CKD refrigerated bodies use MPP (Micro-foamed Polypropylene) insulation panels with a sealed thermal structure. Unlike polyurethane foam, MPP does not absorb moisture or degrade over time, maintaining insulation efficiency throughout the vehicle's service life.
Food-safe, 30% lighter than conventional PU-insulated bodies, and 100% recyclable at end of life. Available with rear door, side door, or combined configurations.

Questions before ordering
What temperature range can these bodies maintain?
Our CKD refrigerated bodies are designed for cold chain operations from -20°C to +8°C. Temperature maintenance depends on refrigeration unit selection.
What makes MPP insulation different from PU foam?
MPP uses supercritical CO₂ to create closed-cell foam without chemical blowing agents. It is food-safe, recyclable, lighter than PU foam, and does not absorb moisture or degrade.
Is the insulation food-safe?
Yes. MPP panels are food-safe for direct contact with food products.
